In the field of sanitary and biological safety, the Enterprise is guided by the «Program of production control over compliance with sanitary rules and implementation of sanitary-anti-epidemic (preventive) measures».

The Enterprise has developed, implemented and operates an international food safety system HACCP in accordance with ISO 22000:2018. Conformity certificate: No. ST.RU.0001.M0023. The manufactured products have valid declarations and Certificates of Conformity.

The company utilizes a production line and other technological systems, machines, and instruments. Production is carried out using the line and specialized technological equipment.

Main stages of the technological process:

- grinding of the prepared feed mixture on specialized equipment to a nanoscale level;

- mixing the feed mixture according to formulations developed for specific species of fish and shrimp;

- saturating the mixture with artemia cyst extract;

- homogenization and mixing;

- extrusion and granulation;

- packaging of finished products.

Multi-stage technology and gentle processing modes allow preserving the nutritional and functional value of the ingredients.

All manufactured products undergo mandatory testing for safety and feed value indicators in accredited state veterinary laboratories.
