The Enterprise operates under the supervision of the GBU NSO 'Veterinary Administration of the City of Novosibirsk'.

Regarding safety, the Enterprise follows the 'Production Control Program for Compliance with Sanitary Rules and Regulations, and the Implementation of Sanitary and Anti-Epidemic (Preventive) Measures'.

The Enterprise has developed and implemented the international food safety system HACCP (ISO 22000:2018). Certificate of compliance No. ST.RU.0001.M0023.

The equipment used by the Enterprise includes a granulation line and other technological systems, machines, and devices.

Technological process:

- grinding the prepared mixture on specialized equipment to nano sizes;

- mixing the feed mixture according to recipes for each type of fish;

- enrichment with an extract from Artemia cysts;

- mixing;

- extrusion and granulation.

The finished product is sent for packaging.

All manufactured products undergo safety and nutritional value testing in accredited state institutions (veterinary laboratories).

The company's capacity allows for the production of up to 60 tons of feed pellets per month.

The production facilities allow for a rapid increase in feed production from 100 tons or more per month.
